Brand and legal person. FK HERMES INTERNATIONAL is a brand used by Ferdinand Kamberaj, sole proprietor, registered as FK HERMES MANAGEMENT DI F. KAMBERAJ. The brand is not a separate legal person and does not contract in its own name. Contracts, invoices and legal responsibility lie with the legal seller named above.

Tax status. The seller is not currently shown as VAT-registered and no Swiss VAT is charged on this pilot. CHE-258.137.002 is a UID, not a VAT number. Swiss VAT liability generally starts at CHF 100,000 of relevant worldwide taxable supplies, and a new or expanded activity can become liable from commencement where circumstances indicate the threshold will be reached within the next 12 months. This pilot is capped at 3 paid orders (CHF 1,170). Any expansion, and immediately any expectation that relevant worldwide turnover approaches or reaches CHF 100,000 within 12 months, requires review and professional tax advice before continuing.

Scope of engagements. The checkout covers a new TrustOps documentation-service engagement only. It does not cover debt collection, the assignment or purchase of claims, financial or fiduciary services, or any legacy receivable.

Service scope. The services offered here are administrative and technical documentation support, prepared and reviewed by a person. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or regulatory advice, not a certification, not a security audit and not a penetration test.

No guaranteed outcome. No revenue, approval, ranking, conversion or other commercial outcome is promised, implied or guaranteed. You approve every final statement before it is used.
