TrustOps Revenue Gate Diagnostic — support, cancellation and refund route

Send support, cancellation and refund requests by email to fk.hermes23@gmail.com. The target first response is two working days. Before intake is confirmed usable, a paid engagement can be cancelled in full. After that, cancellation is limited to the scope not yet delivered. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

As a secondary route, written requests can also be sent by post to Via Cantonale 46, 6705 Cresciano, Switzerland, as published in the legal notice.

Never send passwords, API keys, private encryption keys, patient records or personal data that the scope does not require. Delivery is reviewed by a person before it is released; nothing is delivered automatically, and no commercial outcome is guaranteed.
