Terms of service

1. Who you contract with

1.1 Seller. The contracting seller is Ferdinand Kamberaj, sole proprietor (individual enterprise), registered as FK HERMES MANAGEMENT DI F. KAMBERAJ, Via Cantonale 46, 6705 Cresciano, Switzerland, UID CHE-258.137.002 (an enterprise identification number, not a VAT number).

1.2 Brand and legal person. FK HERMES INTERNATIONAL is a brand used by Ferdinand Kamberaj, sole proprietor, registered as FK HERMES MANAGEMENT DI F. KAMBERAJ. The brand is not a separate legal person and does not contract in its own name.

1.3 Electronic contact. Written requests — including support, cancellation and refund requests — can be sent to fk.hermes23@gmail.com or to the postal address above.

2. The service — TrustOps Revenue Gate Diagnostic

2.1 Scope. A fixed-scope documentation service for one company, one product and one buyer request, covering up to 30 items and 10 source files, in English, Italian or German. Deliverables are an evidence index, an answer register, a gap list, an owner list and a seven-day completion plan.

2.2 Human review. Every deliverable is prepared and reviewed by a person before it is released. Nothing is delivered automatically.

2.3 Pilot market and capacity. This pilot is offered to business customers in CH only and is limited to 3 paid engagements. It is not offered to consumers or outside Switzerland.

2.4 Acceptance. Every scoped item is classified, and every proposed answer is linked to evidence or marked unsupported. One consolidated correction round is included. You approve every final statement before it is used.

3. Price and tax

3.1 Price. CHF 390 total per engagement, shown as a total amount in Swiss francs.

3.2 Tax treatment. The seller is not currently shown as VAT-registered and no Swiss VAT is charged on this pilot. CHE-258.137.002 is a UID, not a VAT number.

4. Payment and invoice

4.1 Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe on its hosted page; no card data reaches this application. The hosted page requires acceptance of these terms, a billing address and, where applicable, a tax ID.

4.2 Invoice. An invoice is created after purchase and is issued by Ferdinand Kamberaj, Via Cantonale 46, 6705 Cresciano, Switzerland, UID CHE-258.137.002.

5. Delivery

5.1 Turnaround. Within 48 hours after complete intake is received and the source files are confirmed usable. The period starts at that confirmation, not at payment.

5.2 Rescope. If the request exceeds the scope limits, work stops and a rescope is agreed in writing before anything continues. No work beyond the agreed scope is performed or charged without that agreement.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1 Cancellation. Before intake is confirmed usable, an engagement can be cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full.

6.2 Refunds after work starts. After intake is confirmed and work has started, refunds are limited to the part of the scope not yet delivered. Mandatory consumer rights, where they apply, prevail over these terms.

7. Exclusions

7.1 No regulated services. No legal advice, regulatory opinion, certification, security audit, penetration testing, clinical, financial or fiduciary service, and no guarantee that a buyer approves your company.

7.2 Data you must not send. Never send passwords, API keys, private encryption keys, patient records or personal data that the engagement does not require.

8. Engagement limitations

8.1 Offer boundary. The checkout covers a new TrustOps documentation-service engagement only. It does not cover debt collection, the assignment or purchase of claims, financial or fiduciary services, or any legacy receivable.

8.2 Other products. Every other product and price in this application remains non-purchasable. These terms create no right to buy anything other than the TrustOps Revenue Gate Diagnostic, and only within the pilot limits above.

9. Liability and changes

9.1 Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Changes. Terms are versioned and dated. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase.
